I contacted customer support regarding the lack of extra spins and ad support and was told they were aware and were working with ad providers. Was told to just keep playing and they may return. I think this is just a ploy to get us to purchase boosters. I am over level 10,000 and had collected quite a few boosters because you need them at that level. I also occasionally purchased boosters and hours of play. I will still play, but will not play as often or will not purchase packages. I hope they can resolve this because it used to be fun.

Why no extra spins anymore or ways to get extra helps with ads?

After years of playing this game, I was so excited as I approached level 10,000. All of a sudden I get a message that I moved to an elite level without a y explanation of whAt this is and now I am at all these random lower levels. Haven't you stopped creating higher levels?

1 star, too many ads& to many trackers & data being released! I use to love this game! But not anymore! Headed to royal match game!

The nostalgia lol. Had this game years ago and just redownloaded in 2024. It’s so fun. The storyline is so cool and it doesn’t get old like some of the other matching games. I just love it. And the little fox is my favorite lol

This game used to be entertaining, but now it is full of ads you can’t even skip. It is very annoying waiting 30 seconds or more every time you need to do anything. Not fun anymore.

This game has been so fun to play but it keeps adding more mandatory ads. It used to be the ads gave some rewards but now it’s just to move to the next level.

I love the game and the new look. I’m on level 2948 and it keeps freezing. I hope this problem gets fixed so I can continue to the next level. I am having more problems with Genies and Gems. I click on the game and it doesn’t come up . Sometimes it does and sometimes it doesn’t. Please fix this bug.

I love this game but on some of the puzzles it’s hard to solve and you can’t move on. This game cheats. You get right to the end and just can’t win. Really disappointed. 😢

I recently installed this game again and I don’t know if this is a normal thing for this app to do but I keep getting weird pop up screens on my phone. I just went ahead deleted it, problem solved.

That is when it lets me play!! For some reason I’ll tap the game symbol to play on my iPad, the screen opens to say it’s loading, then as soon as the word Play appears it exits out totally. I can’t get in to play the game. It’s very frustrating.

There are $$ grubbing games and then there are $$ GRUBBING games! No way to earn coins in the game (at least through level 100), must purchase to continue playing. Too many other similar match 3 games out there.

this is one of my favorite games. I can play it for hours. The ads aren’t intrusive. You get plenty of boosters and it’s just a beautiful game too.

Create something other then those flowers you have to hit 99 to get to the gold… can we get some different looking levels it’s starting to get boring thinking I’m repeating the same level over and over.. All the levels look the same.. CHANGE THAT

The creators of this game have lots of bots to make sure you don’t win. It’s sad because I’m sure they make easy, passive money, yet they put the bots in there to make you spend extra money. If you accidentally delete the app, you lose all of your boosters. I’m no longer playing.

I remember when in the old version, you can switch modes to either portrait or landscape. But why not the new version? You can only play in measly portrait mode and I don't like the new version. Wish I could give it 0 stars.

How do I get my progress back after switching phones

I find myself playing this game more than any other. Probably, I play too much: it’s very addictive and a lot of fun. That being said, this new “amulet charge” is seriously annoying. Every level you win, it reminds you of the charge, and then another screen comes up, telling you how it works. Every single time. So it’s not enough to see an ad, you have these two extra things you have to “X” out in order to get to the next play screen.

Love the game but it keeps freezing up then I have to delete it and add it back. It will work for a few levels then freeze up again.

I have not been able to play this game for a week I have uninstalled it and downloaded it again over and over and it comes up frozen

This is the only game I have played for years. I got up to level 9158 and it crashed. At first, it had a message saying to wait about new levels. It doesn’t do the Elite Challenges anymore. I tried to delete the app and then get it back. Got that done but it still says the same thing. I had to delete the account and whenever I tried to log into Facebook, it reverts back. Now, will all that said, there’s ads!! More ads than ever. There’s an ad when you lose a level, there’s an ad when when you win the level and there’s ads all the time now. It’s every annoying!! Please fix your app, game. I enjoy this game a lot and I want to continue to play.

No Elite Challenge anymore or levels to play once you've maxed out. Facebook login doesn't work anymore either.

The server will not connect to pick up my saved game for when I used to play it long time ago I’m trying to connect to Facebook

Start by saying that I’ve been playing this game for years. Level 5575 at the moment but there are a few cons for me. I like the game of course but the Ad’s have gotten ridiculous. I over look the ad’s as much as I can but something that gets me is majority of the time when it comes time to get a free spin or something like that, the game locks up. This happens all the time. Sometimes I have to reinstall the game and then you lose everything you have collected. I guess I should not complain since it’s a free game but just seems a little rigged when it comes time to spin.

It takes so many coins to get extra moves and is so hard to get the coins. You need to have more ways to earn coins or lower the amount of coins needed to get extra moves. AND offer to watch an ad for more moves. It’s ridiculous and hard to get anywhere without more prizes

Having a blast

I like this game but you lose because even though you won, it freezes up and you don’t get any credit whatsoever!! This happens often in a days time and it also hardly ever gives you extra time whereas other games does frequently.

Rethink the snakes. They talk all the fun and strategy out of the game so frustrating CG

Last few updates stopped me from seeing my friends and playing with them sending lives. A few other things changed for the better, not having as many glitches… but I want my friends back…. I’ve been working with IT, but I can’t do the steps they show. The files under apps and websights isn’t there. Not sure they understand… but I’m frustrated to no end. At level 4972. I’m committed and have spent a bunch of money to play. I e lost a lot of free stuff and hours of free play trying for weeks to get help. I Just want my friends back. Thanks Christine🌺

This is a great game to kill some time whilst at the doctor, vet, mechanic, etc. I’ve been playing for years and have found it to be a fun way to pass some time. I’ve banked quite a few rewards that I saved for when I got to a particularly tough level and needed a bit of help to progress. I had over 100 butterflies, 49 rainbow breakers, and 47 line breakers. A couple of nights ago I was logged out, and when I signed back in all of my rewards were gone. I’ve been logged out from time to time but everything was always fine when I logged back in. I’m not sure what happened that caused all of my rewards to be deleted, but it’s a bit disappointing to find that everything is worked for had just vanished. Docking three stars for the issue.

Tonight I purchased a 6,99 package and was charged over $27. This happens quite often. It's unfortunate they are stealing money because I've really enjoyed the game.

App keeps crashing PLEASE UPDATE!

Do not get hooked on the game. You will end up spending hundreds of dollars just to keep going! Once you get to a certain level (8629) and have won all there is possible to win you may as well stop. There are no more rewards to get. All you do is keep playing for nothing. I have been cheated out of so many free hours and bonus’s. No one ever gets back to you. I have asked numerous times what the top level is and there is never a response . Just more levels with no goal. Forget this game after level 1000.

I love this game it used to be great. Now whenever I get gifted unlimited lives it never works. Time and again, when I try to claim my prize the game freezes or the button doesn’t work. I have to restart the game and when I come back the reward is gone. Too frustrating, so I no longer play as much as I used to.

How do I get the previous version back?

I still love playing this game after many years. Unlike other similar puzzle games, this game can be quite challenging and I love it.

I have never tried genies and gems before as the same game similar that I have played juice jam cookie jam panda pop and paint monsters. I wanted to try genies and gems so I can get a good experience of the game and learn how to play it! This game is very fun and enjoyable for other players too! The characters are cute like Trix the fox is adorable and Jenni the genie. This game is like candy crush because it is a match 3 puzzle game. Thanks. ❤️ I love genies and gems so much!

ENOUGH with the snakes —- the game is fun enough and challenging enough without the snakes — they cover the powerups can’t use the power ups when YOU WANT so it’s like a hijack I just completed 6 screens of snakes I will go find another game if you don’t knock it off
